RGB:
Input: 161

Output: 1734.

4. Make another raster layer and fill it with #265d6b at 51% on screen.
5. Go to layers>new adjustment layer> color balance and use these settings:

Midtones:
31, 7, 81
Shadows:
-74, 0 ,-11
Highlights:
0,0,0
make sure "preserve luminance" is checked

6. Make a new raster layer and fill it with #06c1f3 at 40% on burn.
7. Go to layers>new adjustment layer>curves and use these settings:

RGB:
Input: 181

Output: 200

8. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set it to Luminance Legacy on 61%.
9. Make a new raster layer and fill it with #031a4e on exclusion at 55%
10. Go to adjust>Brightness & Contrast>Brightness/Contrast and use these settings:

Brightness: 3

Contrast: 49

Featuring Desmond! I hope you guys like it. My first icon tutorial...

Made in PSPX. 100% Translatable.

1. First, find an image you like. Crop, resize, ect. Then go to adjust>hue/saturation/lightness and set your settings to this:

Saturation: 26
Hue: 0

Lightness: 0

Do this again.

2. Duplicate the base and set it to Overlay at 77%
3. Make a new raster and fill it with #fe1106 on soft light at 26%
4. Make another raster layer and fill it with #e7eef7 at 61% on burn.
5. Go to layers>new adjustment layer> curves and use these settings:

RGB:
Input: 192

Output: 204

6. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set it to Color Legacy at 63%.
7. Go to layers>new adjustment layer>color balance and use these settings:

Midtones:
13, 30, -2

8. Make a new raster layer and fill it with #3cbeb8. Set it to Overlay at 65%
9. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set it to Hue at 36%

And you're done! If you use this please post your outcomes!

Hey, this is my first post here, so I think I'll just add a little bit about me here.

My name is Allie, I'm 12 years old. I'm female, and I love web design, photography, music, swimming, dancing, candy, my friends, LOST [tv show], make up, MTV, Hannah Montana [ =)], and lots more stuff.

I use Paint Shop Pro X and Adobe PS Elements to make my stuff. Currently, I am completely obsessed with HSM2, Paramore, Cartel, and making icons.
